Beggars: those who beg either (1.) do not understand to offer their service(s) in return for cash or (2.) are just being lazy. SOLUTION= offer BCH for activity paid upon verification. TRANSACT !
I would add that beggars generally have wrong incentives from society. A beggar who looks extra ugly might get extra much help, which incentivices self inflicted or pretended extra misery
That extra misery makes the world darker. Incentivise positive contribution instead. So a good street-performer type beggar is slightly better than a "look at my misery" type beggar
All this is not contrary to what you said, but my point is correct incentives may create positive contribution, bad incentives may create laziness and so on. Even where there was none before.
Beggars are people. In some cases they have been traumatized into mental states simply dysfunctional. Helping them helps everyone eventually, but only if help is a transaction and not just a donation
Question: - Does China (PRC with its PLA etc) qualify as the only nuclear power to aim nuclear weapons at its own citizenry ? Just curiious...
