Judging by their construction they are clearly Megaltihs. They all range approximately between 8 000 to 15 000 years BC.

Late civilizations built on top of them. Best example are Megaltihs in Ollantaytambo, Peru where Aztecs built on top of em with very different techniques & blocks much more smaller

Megalithic structures are also an interesting alternative to concrete. I can only imagine what the discovery of concrete would have provided to these people.

Look at the pyramid of Bosnia which is bigger than Giza all made up from concrete. Video is just a bit higher here

This guy (Brien Foester) mostly study elongated skulls which he is doing an amazing job (Although they are most probably unrelated to Megaltihs).
