You (collective) have messed up your own home so instead of fixing it (because that’s hard😩!) you just let it burn to the ground & go somewhere nice that has their act together

without learning why your own home was messed up in the first place (maybe a general disregard for rule of law & entitlement🤷‍♀️).

It's not the whole collective coming over. Mostly just those fearing for their lives. Making metaphorical comparisons where we reduce populations to individuals does not work.

Unless you have power to influence the government of the USA enough that you should personally be held responsible for the actions of the USA then we can not compare you to the population.

Often those who flee are the people we want to move here. They are good productive people. It strengthens the nation for more to move here. That said those left behind are worse off.
