US being a democracy is a misconception. the US is a constitutional republic where 2/3 of Congress is required to pass laws.

still not 100% fair but better over a sheer majority. once blockchain gets involved in social governance then these problems will cease to exist.

you're right it isnt a democracy but people act that way and try to use the government to punish minority groups (not necessarily racial minority).
