It is to get more volume, more active traders, and to get a base crypto that they plan on building an decentralized exchange.

They gave out pretty large amounts to those who was members before CET came in july, so they have been posting about their free moneis and dividends all over the place, getting new members coming.

You can buy CET directly, but it is a crap shoot if the total dividend will be larger than the future price decline per CET.

I might put some of my mining rewards in CET, not really a significant amount anyway. Not sure if it would be worth it though.

Buying $100 of CET is gambling on the growth of CoinEx, and it will show up in the form of small amounts (0.X usd worth) of other crypto every day.

Since BCH is the main trading pair on CoinEx, you will likely get a large portion of the payouts in Bitcoin Cash.

The benefit/cost is proportional to the amount you hold, but there is no minimum that you need that I know of.

An I think you need a CoinEx account to store your CET to get the dividends. (May be mistaken there).

so easy to use, even on mobile, but the trading volume isnt as high as ideal, especially for pairs like nano/bch. Awesome UX though

That is likely a reason why they introduced trade based mining, to get the volume up.

yes - divs are divided between CET holders proportional to their holdings so for ex. i have 20k CET, got about $12 in divs yesterday - 50k sats btc, 2.50 usdt, .004 eth .003bch, etc, etc.

Remember 100 CET is the minimum to get dividends.

If Coinex had IOTA pairs I'd forget pretty much completely about Binance lol. Lower volume but man is this a nice exchange experience.

I can't rely on myself to not fuck up with the Binance mobile app. I actually prefer to Coinex one almost over the desktop site.

if only you could sell dust for CET or BCH, that would be great.

CET 20k sats when?

IOTA is difficult to integrate (IXI aims to solve that), but Coinex should try to add more top 100 coins to bring more volume.
