This topic is for reporting on uptake of CashAddr by various services, so we can compose a better picture for users and promote its further adoption.
Since I don't use every service myself, I need some input from those of you who do use some of them where I can't find out directly (e.g. no email replies or visible information).
For services supporting Bitcoin Cash, I'm looking to establish the following CashAddr status:
Exclusive, Compatible, Send-only, Receive-only, Legacy-only; Pending
If Pending, it's useful to have an expected date of when they will support CashAddr.
I'll go through what the status terms means, in case it's unclear.
* Legacy-only: they do not support CashAddr, only legacy Bitcoin addresses starting with 1.. or 3..
* Exclusive: they support only CashAddr format for all BCH operations (sending & receiving)
* Send-only, Receive-only: support CashAddr for the respective send or receive operation only, but not both
* Compatible: they support CashAddr for send & receive, but also support legacy Bitcoin addresses
* Pending: if we have information about their plans to upgrade their level of CashAddr support in any way.
I'll put up a list of the info I have later in this thread.
For now, this is a list of services that I'm most looking for info on.
Your help is appreciated.
Best with links, official info
Whatever info I get, I'll try to verify with the services.
Here are the ones I'm looking for:
Exchanges:
- Bitfinex
- Coincheck
- KuCoin
- Bithumb
- BW
- Poloniex
- Bittrex
- HitBTC
- Gemini
- Luno
- Mercado Bitcoin

Payment processors:
- Rocketr
- Coingate
- Anypay
Wallets:

Please have a look through it and see if you spot something that is blatantly outdated.
I have not yet cross-checked this information with the service providers.
If you're on Twitter, please give this call-for-information a retweet.
