I know I am not an expert on these things, but it does look to me like BTC/USD hit an all time high. But it depends on where priced.

I think $20,000 is the "official" all time high bar.

Bitcoin BTC is no longer fungible due to high fees. All the coins that are less than the current fee prices are essentially worthless.
