If BTC would have adopted an extension block/drivechain/etc. called Bitcoin Cash that had very high throughput but validation

Yes. Atm I believe in meeting people in a kind of meditating monk state. Let them talk, answer if they want you to, but not push anything. Very hard to do, but powerful when done right
Anyway, one way to do this would be to go outdoors with a non-aggressive sign saying something like "Are we being fooled?". People then can come up to you and talk, you do not push.
