It is not so simple. The risk profile is not the same for each vaccine. Also the Covid risk is not the same for each person. Risk reward is profile is individual.
The risk profiles would look like two bell curves with a large distance between with no overlap. Covid mortality at about 1% vs bad Vaccine side effects being 0.0005%, and death lower.
Probably things will not go back to normal after people are vaccinated. The bar for when to have restrictions have been lowered a lot during last year. Mutations will keep threat level

The crypto market is still very far from reaching any levels of sanity.
While I hate $BTC, seeing scamcoins like Doge, LTC, ETH and similar schemes getting hyped instead of real p2p money is rather disappointing.
