Not really. They can mine SV at a lower hash than ABC while they kill ABC. They just have to make it undesirable to use ABC chain so exchanges drop it. This is a long term war.
ABC hashpower needs to be maintained over the next month. The chain will still be susceptible to be reorged in 1-2 weeks if the distribution reverts to the ratio it was at yesterday.
