Someone smarter than me can probably answer, but I think that it has to do with deriviation paths, laymen's terms non slp wallets don't look in slp wallet addresses by default
The popular bch wallets all probably have those fallback to protect utxo's w/ tokens.
I've sent some tokens to test that out but the tokens arrived and was able to see it on the BCH wallet through explorer.
I couldn't move them away till I exported that wallet into an SLP aware one. Someone else needs to conform this too just to be sure I wasn't the one who just done something stupid
I don't think the token balances are calculated correctly. Tokens were burned per simpleledger.info but Memo shows it as a balance. Be wary of the balances on Memo , they don't account for burn transactions correctly.
