Memo use case: I created coins called 'HONK', 'HOPIUM', etc and everytime someone posts some bullish crypto article, I tip him in HOPIUM, and same for honk-worthy articles.

Then they take a screen-shot of the information and upload to Imgur. How is that traced? Think: "this one person's copy has a small R where every other copy has a capital R".

Text is compressible, so memo could have a higher character limit if it was implemented.
