So I got Badger, now what? What can I do with it? Which sites allow logging in through Badger? Any recommendations are welcome. Will it integrate with Memo somehow?
If in the future my account gets hacked, and someone creates malicious content.. How do I prove it was not me if my signature was used?
Suppose there's some existing laws in place to help determine this.

BSV hoped for BCH to not split. At fork there was hope for reuniting. Checkpoint killed that idea. Your on your own now. The checkpoint was a horrible idea and a cheaters folly.
BSV camp was threating with everything from 51% attacks, reorg attacks, double spend attacks on exchanges etc. Of course it was everyones right to defend from that. YOU are on your own

BCH is the only crypto currency which have several relevant development groups, so scoring it is more difficult.

Agreed, there should be a way to obsolete the old key and inherit data & relationships by the new key, in case of lost of old key.
1.Using my privkey, set an addr as inheritor
2.When old memo pk get hacked, register a new account and import the inheritor key.
3.Use inheritor to announce the obsolete of old key.
