Pandemic just means a disease prevalent across the world. It does not require the disease to necessarily be deadly.
Except this pandemic is being promoted as a “deadly pandemic”....hence all the fear mongering by mainstream media with daily “death numbers” & general fear based narrative
I agree that is not as deadly as it is being marketed by the media/governments. But surely quite a lot people do die of if - mainly those at high-risk (old age 80+, co-morbidities).
Exactly. The death numbers from Covid have turned out to be the same as a bad flu season. 99%+ survival rate for most and for elderly 95% survival. No need for lockdown/social distance
