I'm just documenting reality. Personal donations can't solve this problem. This is in the EU, a small fraction of what the EU spends on military could fund a rehabilitation programme.

fyi, yesterday I took photos of about 50 homeless, by walking through the city centre of Prague alone. Most certainly seen double that figure but couldn't take proper shots.
