Dictate from social media *would* be worse, but we can still set up an alternative platform ourselves. Setting up one’s own government not yet an option, sadly.
Not sure if you understand what I'm saying. I'm not saying government need to launch a social media platform, I'm saying Social Media should not take themselves for a government. :0))
I agree with you that social media shouldn’t have done this. I just would stop short of saying they shouldn’t *be able* to. But perhaps i misread your OP. Apologies.
