Whether you think this is a conspiracy or not, everyone really should ask themselves whether they want their lives to be as restricted as they currently are. Because they may remain this way

Restrictions include no right to gather in groups (i.e.. to protest, except if govt wants it, like with Black Lives Matter), restrictions on travel, and many more things.

There is also increased surveillance, we have to use masks some places, and we are required to wash our hands with rather toxic fluids (just look at the warnings on the bottle)

Many people reply to this that oooh, but the restrictions will be lifted. We have actually heard that all the time through this thing, first it was ment to be a few weeks.

Millions of families have been shattered by this.
Politicians who claim to support "Family values" alongside lockdowns
are full of lies beyond count.
Evil governments.

Politicians definitely have no incentive to fight this trend. They want more control, it is in the nature of your average politician to want more control. There is also money in this.

In some countries politicians/bureaucrats get paid per covid case.
