So if you're logged in via BitClout Identity, it'll just post to BitClout.
If you're logged in with a private key, it'll check to see if you have a BitClout profile.
If you do, it'll
| post to BitClout.
It'll then check if you have a BCH balance, if you do, it'll post to Memo.
So in some cases, it'll post to both.
For tags, the # is not requried in the 'Add Tag'
| field - only one is used. It's a bit confusing, I know, I'm trying to coalesce the Memo Topic with the Hashtag. In any case, member.cash only recognizes one hashtag/topic.
