Bitchute, last time I looked, seems random that way. My guess is the system is simply a flagging-festival, They could profit if flagging cost multiple BCH TX per instance.
Bitchute does not seem to me like a serious contender to the "freedom for videos" throne. It does not seem to have real freedom-supporting features. Also "bitch-ute", not serious name
It is just an effort someone put together. There is not much to read into it Except they (+LBRY+others) dissuade YT from completely erasing everything credible. (...yet...)
By the way, the idea that a moderation team for a site is allowed to make legal judgement about a random country, that seems to me to set a super dangerous presedent.
