I have heard others suggest that under totalitarianism, which we are headed toward, the real nasty stuff happens when there is no more resistance to the narrative.
From this perspective, it is important to keep putting out the message so the resistance is still seen. I assume it's very important to do this in a non-annoying way.I think it was here on Memo this was posted the other day:
