Gabriel, how is #bitcoincom#BCH going to tackle the task that the REST API is a decentralized service that can be taxed & licensed by governments? Do you know about the upcoming #DASH DAPI?
The DASH DAPI does loook interesting. It's been kind of overdue to build more functions in value into the MN system though. You might be more interested in LLMQ ChainLocks though
They have a roadmap but that one is not updated. Basically they want to run a decentralized API on the #DASH Masternode network, to offer real censorship resistance.
That's awesome! I don't know much about DASH but what I do know is very positive. Ian Freeman from Keene is a big advocate and I always call BCH "Digital Cash for the Internet Nation"
From what I see as well, Dash can only do 35 transactions per second. Not nearly good enough for world use. BCH working on software for 50,000 transactions per second.
#DASH is the coin that invented Masternodes which later got adopted by other networks. The technology of DASH is more advanced than #BCH as they invested way more funds & time.
It wouldn't matter because BCH is already ahead in the adoption game. Dash would have to be better than BCH for people to use it. Just like BCH has to be better than BTC.
While the r/BTC community was being manipulated to waste time arguing on the same facts #BTC vs #BCH thousands of times, DASH was investing that energy into constructive growth.
Dash has been around since 2013 and it has had no traction. No demand. Just like Queensland, many places aren't going to accept many cryptos when all said and done.
