You can actually post with 0 balance if the faucet is funded. You cannot like or tip though, just post.
Oh, I tried selling some tokens and I couldn't, so I thought I can't do anything before I refund my account.

No Problem. I think selling a token requires a bit of sats for transferring them to the recipient, so you can't do that w/ 0 balance.
