It's a micro-optimization, If micro-optimizations always cause BCH to hardfork people that want to build ontop of BCH will be driven away because it's too fickle. Even BTC is stable.
If CTOR is enabled, we ll name it BitcoinCashtor.
I don't care if it gets in or not. After hearing out both sides, I have reached the conclusion that either (no CTOR or CTOR) is of no big consequence.
My message didn't age well, since I changed my mind about CTOR after reading intensely from various sources. I now have pretty much the same stance as you.
I can say that you did not read the technical sources.
I did and like it. When I say that I am indifferent means that it isn't neccessary right now, BUT I understand now why it is better to put the big things in now instead of later.
