To create confusion you need censorship, in presence of all information how could there be confusion?
Do you not agree that not all lack of information comes from censorship? If I sold you a car than will break down quickly, I would not call me not giving you this info "censorship".
In that case I would call it cognitive dissonance, as you voluntarily bought a car, then call it a scam, to avoid to admit own fail, show me a real scam and i show you the censorship
