If you are going to spy on an alcoholic and bully him or her with the information you gained I consider that too be premeditated murder, especially if it is a group of gangstalkers.
Excessive alcohol use is responsible for more than 95,000 deaths in the United States each year.
I wouldn't expect an alcoholic to be able to quit if a bunch of people are spying on him or her.
