The alternative story to the official one is that the victims died from shelling, and then were shot at point blank by presumably Ukrainian army. Supposedly, someone investigated the
corpses early on, and no blood had leaked from the bullet wounds, suggesting they were already dead (this guy posted data on this, but very soon after all his data were gone).

As for the IRCGN report, I would guess a few people by chance downloaded it, and have it locally still, and maybe some of those are not 100% brainwashed, and thus willing to repost
