Debian 11 is a giant shitshow. Floppy controller doesnt works, gimp crashes from copypaste, kpaint lacks icons, pitivi crashes on start, kdenlive crashes, pcmanfm crashes from cutting and pasting...
Are you using KDE ?
if so - Do these issues also occur in XFCE ?
If like that then I guess it is time to bail from the Debian ecosystem.
Debian is just too far behind these days
I use lxde. I finding KDE to be too bloated and slow since a decade.
i didnt like debian on my desktop because the packages versions were just too old for some software.
