Way back I got a Nanocard, said to be the bitcoin killer app (crypto driven debit card). There was one tiny little problem, almost not worthy of mention so small. It did not work. Ever
If a bank made that, they would get a bad rep with very little upside. If a mom's basement company did it they could just live off the sales of cards. Therefore, expect it not to work
