the data analysis resembles very well
my own encounters with CCP data fraud in industrial settings.
They have a strong cultural bias for creative datasets.
It's definitely a shady paper, more like an editorial than something submitted for an academic journal. OTOH the points are legit & someone fearing for their life may not act perfectly
