Yes, but unfortunately it has no traction. LBRY.com is also a decentralized Youtube-alternative that has traction (millions of users) and the earning token is LBC.

Cool :-) I think this has never been more relevant than today. With establishment creeping into every corner of the internet we need alternatives that get traction like LBRY!
I would also like to see Memo.cash / Member.cash here integrate with IPFS to get next-level content hosting without straining the blockchain.

And I have heard of LBRY.com but haven't checked it yet.
But it doesn't matter that LBRY doesn't use BCH as the currency. It's native token, LBC, can be exchanged with e.g. simpleswap.io to BCH or something else.
