You are spreading misinformation, I think you are sabotaging yourself, I doubt anyone would care to even bother hacking your memo account.

You said you sent your tokens too a SL wallet and they went to a different address, either you are compromised or your computer is. Either way it is your fault.
Another option is that there is/was a Memo issue with interpreting that specific address format.
I'll wait what @memo or anyone else who tries to reproduce says about the issue.
