Chris, I want to create a simple site that listens to U-DID (JSON) messages on chain (OP_RETURN or Memo-embedded).
Is there a stack that can listen to network SPV-like?

I am considering putting out a substantial bounty for development of an open source site that tracks & lets people author U-DID messages.
Will write up on read.cash.
That example is from the token-liquidity app running at
https://psfoundation.cash. If the TX contains 'BURN" in the OP_RETURN, it will burn tokens instead of trade them.
I'll try to write up a read.cash post on what I want to do, so it's clearer.
I know you have a lot of experience, so any input is most welcome!
