For usage / spending only the BCH/USD (and other fiat) rates matter - the BTC/BCH ratio is not so important - but it would be good if BCH outperformed BTC sooner or later
Yes, it would be very good. Many BTC Hodler would see that BCH brings better profits in the long run. That could cause the flippening.
