Points 7/8 are a horrible idea. There can be a huge load of these injuries/deaths, and since medicine companies have contracts that say they don't have to pay, we have to pay it.
So not only do I have to be at the back of hospital queues and stuff, I also have to pay for the stupidity of people who did not bother to listen to my warnings.
Next time this happens, people should not think "If I do as they say, the govt will at least pay me if I get in trouble, better do it". They should think "I'll be on my own"
