I don't compare mosquitoes and elephants. Each country is different. The fact is, if the number of cars in a country increases, the number of accidents increases - same with guns.
You can't compare countries because they're too different.A car owner is also not automatically the cause of an accident. Nevertheless, more cars-more accidents. More guns-more dead.

In germany most guns are shot at ranch with private guns. At german championship there are thousands of armed people with their own private firearms. Nobody ever got killed there.
