US Congress can't force decentralized projects to do anything. They also cannot force any company outside the US to do anything. Fuck them :-)
Definitely not. That's why they're going after Facebook & Apple to try to get backdoors into their encrypted apps. It could just set very dangerous precedents for companies in the futr
