I can't even buy crypto currency because my dogs chewed up my ID card. And I am not going to the DMV at the crack of dawn to get a new one when this one is perfectly readable.
Local isn't the regular exchange, it's the P2P one, so it should be accessible from anywhere I thought. There is no KYC even for US citizens. I don't see much US activity on it though.
