I answered the mute issue elsewhere. For "pre-censorship", I am not sure why the "pre" part, but for censorship, no. I have not really even decided what to think about the issue.
We *might* conclude that a big portion of the memo community dislikes this, and even then we might still not do anything forceful about it. We can live with it, or he might change.
