It's looking better and better. A few things - maybe your initial instinct to go with a hamburger menu on mobile was the correct one - the horizontal scrolling menu is innovative, but

a little fiddly. Maybe the drop down menus could be in an expandable bar, that could be shown/hidden. (Some of this maybe interface design rather than styling). Minor point, sometimes

words are broken across lines - there's a style that prevents this. Generally, it's looking really good and I'd hope to make this the default for users when it is ready. Thank you!
