I don't know about all, I'd say maybe 95-99%. I mostly blame this on the old guard having profited so fast off of doing nothing though, so I'm optimistic about new devs just getting in
Currently, speculation is dominant (hoping that some sucker will buy it higher off you) which makes these networks shitcoins.
Yeah, I'll be glad when all of the lambo talk and memes are less prevalent, but I feel like you can still find some discussion of the tech, you just have to look much harder
