There is an endless supply of conspiracy theories like this. I'm not a moron who thinks "all conspiracies are wrong cause TV said so", however, there is a lot of nonsense out there
This one throws in a lot of stuff that I cannot really judge without spending way too much time (remember the endless supply, one has to pick carefully), however there are some signs.
Based on stuff I have mentioned here, I prefer to make an educated guess that this lady is unreliable, and probably misrepresents something that may contain a real but different threat
A video(s) by a guy with a brown beard is shown a few times. One of them has a commercial, which is not clipped out. It says that you can receive "up to" $10k in silver.
Of course this has never happened and will never happen. It is a direct lie. "But it's just a commercial", well, that big a lie, still, someone who can stomach it in their video...
must be OK with the intention which is to scam someone into a site that probably has a poor business deal. Yes, scam. You don't show this if you are not willing to accept this.
At 43:40 or so, it mentions blockchain. Unless someone explains this to me I am just going to go out on a limb and suggest that blockchain is not used for this stuff at all.
I did not specifically look for this "a disease can be inserted", I bet that's a lie beyond the basic "we can use a syringe with the disease" approach.
So assuming I got this right, it is truly pathetic to (as this lady does) indicate that someone at random can pick a human and "reprogram" it when it requires specialized equipment
to be placed in physical proximity to the person (a few meters I would guess from what I have seen so far) to even do the measurements. If they can do that, they can also ie use a gun
What I have seen so far related to Internet of Bodies is that graphene and nanobot technology fuctions for any biology as an electro-magnetical amplifier which signals in-out info ..

what I understand is the mRNA implants had graphene, nanotechnology, DNA and luciferase all put together on a liquid plasma interface ..

And even then, one would need specialized equipment close to the body would one not? Also, the woman talks of "giving people diseases". I would think that's still super complicated?

I suppose we agree then. The whole thing may indeed be worth being aware of (or it could be nonsense). That is, "Covid vaxx" graphene (if it even is in there) may be a piece in a
a bigger puzzle, i.e. not at all the whole picture by itself, but still indeed one step in the direction of enslaving us all. Other evil uses would also be possible if this is true.
For example, such electrical signals could make it easier to find people who do not want to be found. Or indeed direct surveillance of people who bring no electrical devices.
