Question: - Does China (PRC with its PLA etc) qualify as the only nuclear power to aim nuclear weapons at its own citizenry ? Just curiious...
I was not aware that PRC points nukes at its own people. If they do, I know little about who else might do the same.
I've never heard of them considering using them on citizens. That would likely cause more problems than it'd solve. Nuclear weapons would probably be used only in extreme circumstances
