That's right, it is not oscillating, but a block time of almost 2 hours should not occur.
You can't expect that this won't occur. BCH's hashrate is so (soooooo) small that slight switching of it has big consequences.
Yes, unfortunately. The price of BCH should be $3000, then the hashrate would be higher and the block times more regular.
