When Rivian directed particular people to steal specific secrets it was a different matter.

Those people & Rivian r accused of ALLEGED theft. Lawsuit is joke. None of that crap is real. Ppl with knowledge and skills found new career in competitor company, that's the fact.

The theft was tracked. They know which computer accessed which files. The employee broke their NDA agreement.

The lawsuit is justified. It's that simple.
