GMO interests me because I completely flipped on it. 20yrs ago it was the bright future, threatened only by anti-science fear mongers. Now I very much sympathise with peoples concerns.
The proverbial 'if you could invite anyone from history to a dinner party...' I'd invite myself from each decade of my life. We'd probably hate each other.
Would try to avoid serving GMO ingredients at said dinner party though.
