Whose fault is it, that someone sends funds, to a QR code, where there is no proof on the same photo? Never send when in doubt, make sure yourself, take responsibility for your action
Your frustration is with the wrong person. He possibly tried to collect funds belonging to someone else, this is suspected scamming.
By now it is more likely that you sent funds to that QR code to then smear his name for no reason inventing a story
He smeared his own name by attempting to run a scam.
