In newer versions the Bitcoin.com wallet is not so good at checking all the addresses. Try pressing the wallet name, then the three dots in the right corner, then wallet information

When specifying derivation path, don't forget the ticks. They actually do make a difference. Something I learned just now. m/44'/0'/0'

Loaded the older version of the bitcoin.com wallet onto my PC used my seed AND the encryption pw.. loaded right up in that version

Them dropping the support for the encryption password because it wasn’t “high up on the list of features” was a stupid decision.. people with 0 tech knowledge will not be able..
