I think we should focus on very average people lol !
The problem with QR codes for homeless people is most ( in my experience) don't have phones because, they can't afford the top ups
Or keep them charged but mostly because they can sell them for a couple £ when they desperate. (Or they get stolen)
How ever much I would love crypto to help the homeless, I don't think that option is available, yet.
