Lately I see a clear pattern of Russians making a lot more encirclements than before. I don't think Russian strategy has changed, I think it is a sign of Ukrainians weakening, and "allowing" it
The Russians also seem to be making more progress than a week ago, which if true either supports my above-mentioned theory or Ukrainians are (again) pulling out troops for some mission
