Somehow the gravity you are in and the speed you are moving can affect time. The Moon affects gravity, you can see it in the tides, so it also affects time.
The galaxy is moving 1.3 million miles per hour right now, I don't know if that's why we experience time this way. Traveling time one second per second right now lol
